About the Role
This Project Coordinator will be embedded amongst our Defence community to support all their ICT requirements.
The primary responsibility of the Project Coordinator is to ensure that projects produce the required products, meeting the specified constraints of time and cost.
The role may also involve the delivery of a work package within a complex project or program under the governance of a Project or Program Manager.
* Manages and leads people in the delivery of the work package or project stage in partnership with the customer and business unit to ensure acceptance and close down.
* Defines the work package or project stage requirements and manages the agreement process of requirements and objectives.
* Ensures formal review procedures are used.
* Manages risks associated with deliverables of the project or work package.
* Ensures the impact on business units' profit due to project activities within scope is clearly visible.
* Ensures own objectives align to Project or Program objectives.
About You
* Must have experience working on Projects and as a Project Coordinator or customer service.
* Must have knowledge of the Defence environment.
* Must have proactive and organised mindset.
* Must hold current or reinstatable clearance.
