This is a critical role within the Technical Advisory Branch of the Operations and Support Division, which ensures that complex and novel cases receive nuanced, sensitive, and high-quality advice aligned with legislation and policy.

* Liaising with stakeholders, delegates, and providers to ensure consistent decision-making and outcome achievement/recommendations.
* Managing sensitive and sometimes complex conversations and situations associated with the approval of funding while managing multiple tasks, prioritising effectively, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
