Seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional support services to ensure seamless daily operations.
Responsibilities:
* Recruitment Support: Assist the recruitment team with end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and onboarding procedures.
* Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Payroll Assistance: Provide support with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages and benefits.
* Administrative Support: Offer administrative assistance to the HR team, including data entry, report preparation, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
* 1-2 years of experience in HR-related roles is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other HR software systems.
* Strong command of English and Mandarin languages.
