We are seeking a reliable Warehouse & Logistics Officer to support end‐to‐end warehouse operations within a regulated healthcare environment. This is a hands‐on role combining order fulfilment, inventory control, logistics coordination and physical warehouse duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Pick/pack orders ensuring accurate lot, serial and quantity matching
* Transact and close orders in EBS
* Book and track local and international shipments (AU/NZ & global)
* Liaise with couriers to resolve delays, damages and shipping issues
* Update internal teams on shipment status
* Receipt, locate and manage stock including temperature‐controlled items
* Conduct cycle counts, inventory adjustments and expiry stock management
* Perform manual handling tasks including pallet work, trolley loading and stock movement
* Maintain housekeeping, WHS compliance and mandatory training
About You
* Previous warehouse or logistics experience
* Strong attention to detail (serialised & expiry‐controlled stock)
* Experience with warehouse systems (EBS highly regarded)
* Confident with Excel and Outlook
* Physically fit and safety‐focused
