Construction manager (coopers plains)

This 2‐Year Fixed Term Contract will lead the delivery of a major brownfield upgrade at our Coopers Plains site. The project involves new building works, large‐scale plant and equipment installation, and major site infrastructure upgrades within an active manufacturing environment.

• Manage the construction of new facilities across a large industrial site without interrupting ongoing operations.
• Oversee all contractors and construction partners, including Principal Contractors, ensuring compliance, safety, and performance.
• Lead interface coordination across multiple workstreams including civil, structural, and mechanical works.
• Provide input into final design stages and construction scheduling.
• Ensure financial tracking, forecasting, claims, and variations are managed proactively.
• Own WHSE outcomes on‐site and lead commissioning and defects management through to handover.
• Contract type: 2‐Year Fixed Term, commencing ASAP.

• 10+ years of experience in large‐scale industrial or high‐rise construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle from pre‐construction through commissioning.
• Adept at managing complex stakeholder groups and balancing priorities in high‐activity environments.
• Strong safety mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience within manufacturing or brownfield environments is highly regarded.
• Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or project management.
