Your Opportunity
The Clinical Director – Mental Health provides strategic medical and clinical leadership across Mental Health and Specialised Services at Bundaberg Hospital.
This senior role carries overarching responsibility for the delivery of specialist mental health services within the designated area, ensuring an effective, consultant-led model of care operating seven days per week.
In addition to high-level clinical service delivery within a defined component of the Mental Health Service, you will:
* Lead and influence service strategy and development
* Oversee governance, safety and quality standards
* Drive workforce capability and multidisciplinary collaboration
* Align service delivery with organisational objectives and community needs

Remuneration
A highly competitive remuneration package of up to **$588,785 per annum**, including:
* Base salary between **$216,643 – $274,678 p.a.**
* Employer superannuation contribution up to **12.75%**
* 17.5% annual leave loading
