MEDLOG Regional Logistics is seeking Warehouse / Forklift Operator
What you’ll be doing.
Current forklift license
Experience in transport preferred / logistics or warehouse yard work
Performing general warehousing duties, including precise picking of finished palletised goods, receiving, storing, and rotating stock, loading trucks, and managing incoming deliveries.
Perform picking and staging orders accurately and efficiently according to order specifications.
Knowledge of freight handling and load restraint (tautliners, straps, pallets, gates etc.) preferred but not necessary further internal training available
Supporting drivers and operations staff as required
Flexible and have good communication skills
Be able to follow Policies and Procedures for Workplace Health and Safety
Follow company procedures associated with prestart checks, restraint of loads and securing of vehicle.
Comply with all company/site policies and state and national transport regulations, including Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility laws.

What are we looking for?
Current Forklift licence
Progression to driving heavy vehicle combination (MC) trucks
Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant transport laws and regulations
Minimum 12 months experience or can demonstrate competency
