Key Responsibilities
* Drive C&E and banquet revenue through proactive sales and lead conversion
* Manage enquiries, prepare proposals, and secure contracts
* Build strong client relationships and grow a consistent sales pipeline
* Conduct site inspections and client meetings to win business
* Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to forecasting and reporting
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless events
* Actively convert MICE leads and identify new business opportunities
What You'll Bring
* Sales experience, ideally in hospitality or events
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Proactive, results-driven, and commercially minded
* Experience with CRM systems (Ivvy preferred)
* Knowledge of C&E or MICE is a plus
