The Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Boutique Manager to lead a high-performing team in James Street. Responsibilities

Oversee rostering, team development, and operational efficiencies.

Collaborate with head office to implement business development strategies.
Maintain high standards of store presentation and customer service at all times.
Experience & Skills
Proven retail management experience, preferably within fashion.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Exceptional customer service and styling expertise.
Financial acumen with experience in sales reporting and budget management.
Highly organised with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
Passionate about fashion, with an understanding of current trends.
