* Manage and maintain a 12-month rolling orderbook and pipeline with existing and new customers.
* Conduct regular market analysis and gather intelligence on competitor activity, market, and industry trends.
* Achieve territory and team objectives as aligned to regional targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* More than 3 years of field sales experience in a relevant sector.
* Ability to identify customer insights to shape direction.
* Understanding of sales process methodology.
* Critical thinking skills to identify insights that help shape the right solution.
* Strong commercial presence in building relationships with stakeholders.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to translate product features and benefits to a value proposition.
