We are seeking experienced candidates for the roles of Practice Manager and Medical Receptionist's. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available for the right candidate.
About Your Role
As our Practice Manager, you will:
* Oversee the daily operations of a busy GP Clinic
* Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team
* Drive efficiency, growth and patient experience excellence
* Implement systems, workflows and best practices from the ground up
* Work closely with doctors to build a thriving practice culture
Skills Required:
* Proven management experience in General Practice or healthcare management
* Proven experience in financial management, human resources and practice accreditation compliance is highly desirable
* Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills
* Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations
* Confidence with billing, Medicare and compliance
As our Medical Receptionist, you will:
* Greet patients with a warm and professional manner
* Manage appointments and phone enquiries
* Handle billing and administrative tasks
Skills Required:
* Minimum 1 year Medical Receptionist experience
* Best Practice Software experience highly desirable
* Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively in a team environment
* Have exceptional communication and people skills
* Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
