As the Group Reservations Executive you will partner with our Event Planners to ensure all group blocks are managed & guest expectations are exceeded.

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Liaises closely with all the relevant Sales and Event Planning teams on a daily basis to accurately manage the group blocks and report all information in a timely manner.
- Assist with site inspections as required.
- Attend interdepartmental meetings when necessary
- Process all correspondence in respect of bookings, ensuring accuracy & detail.
- Ensuring guest's requirements are documented.
- Prepare and Lead Groups meeting on weekly basis.
**To be successful in this role, ideally you will have**:
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a Reservations Role.
- Opera system experience is preferred however not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal grooming and communication skills.
- Eye for detail & accuracy.
- Full working rights in Australia.
