Job Summary
The Skills Coach role is a vital position that requires a skilled professional to work with children and youth aged 7-11 years old who face behavioral challenges.
This role involves collaborating closely with a dynamic team of experts, highly trained foster parents, and ensuring the delivery of a behavioral model with precision and consistency.
A successful candidate should possess experience in Youth Work, Education, or Sport, a strong understanding of behavior management principles, and skill-building and training expertise with young people.
Certification in Youth Work or knowledge of the Child Protection and Out-of-Home Care System is also essential for this role.
