The Opportunity
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role supporting project delivery teams, requiring an experienced Accounts Payable candidate who can operate with accuracy, efficiency, and strong stakeholder engagement across site and finance functions.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
* Matching invoices to purchase orders, commitments, and supporting documentation
* Investigating discrepancies and resolving supplier queries
* Processing supplier credits and weekly/monthly payment runs
* Reconciling supplier statements and maintaining accurate ledgers
* Supporting month-end processes, including accruals
* Liaising closely with Project Administrators, Site teams, and Finance
* Proven Accounts Payable experience within the construction or civil industry
* Hands-on experience using Jobpac (essential – applications without this will not be considered)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work autonomously
