Sales Leader Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a territory growth plan, expanding distribution and sales across key channels.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially savvy and hands-on professional to lead customer growth, particularly in the specialty coffee scene. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Territory Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth plan to expand distribution and sales across key channels.
* Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with café owners, baristas, store managers, and distributor partners.
* Product Education: Educate customers on product benefits and sustainability values.
* New Business Opportunities: Identify and convert new business opportunities across multiple channels.
* Internal Partnerships: Partner with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to support onboarding and supply.
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on sales performance, customer insights, and market trends.
* Industry Representation: Represent the brand at relevant trade shows, industry events, and activations.
About You
* Experience**: Experienced in FMCG or beverage sales; background in plant-based or specialty coffee is highly regarded.
* Existing Network**: Strong existing network within the café and independent grocery space.
* Results-Driven**: Results-driven and commercially minded, with a focus on execution.
* Communication Skills**: Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Organizational Skills**: Organised, analytical, and capable of working autonomously.
