More About The Role
As the main administrative officer at the Manilla Multipurpose Facility, you will be the first point of contact for all community members visiting the facility. Your role is vital in ensuring the smooth daily operations by providing friendly, efficient, and professional front-line administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet and Greet: Welcome all community members presenting to the facility with warmth and professionalism.
* Reception Duties: Manage and direct incoming calls through the main switchboard, ensuring clear communication and prompt responses.
* Contractor & Delivery Management: Coordinate and direct deliveries and contractors arriving on-site.
* Administrative Support: Data entry, filing, document management and reporting
* Team Collaboration: Working closely with the administration team and Health Service Manager to ensure seamless administrative.

You'll need to be great at juggling tasks, setting priorities, and seeing things through to the finish.
