About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist, Campaign Manager & Property Management Assistant to join our dynamic team at LJ Hooker Woden/Weston. This full-time role is crucial in supporting our real estate operations and providing exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
1. Manage the front desk and provide a warm welcome to all clients and visitors
2. Coordinate the marketing and promotional activities for our property listings
3. Assist the property management team with administrative tasks and tenant communications
4. Maintain detailed records and ensure effective organisation of our property portfolio
5. Handle incoming phone calls, emails and other enquiries in a professional manner
6. Support the wider team with various ad-hoc duties as required
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, ideally within the real estate industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of clients
3. Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
5. A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
