About the Role
As a Personal Carer, you will make a positive impact to the lives of our residents with your compassionate and supportive approach. You will deliver the highest quality person-first care to residents in line with their individual care plan.
This role requires providing personal care assistance with daily living activities, assisting with the delivery and administration of medication, mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans, maintaining accurate health care documentation, encouraging all residents to participate in scheduled social activities, building relationships with our residents and their families, and adhering to workplace health and safety guidelines and policies.

Requirements
* A minimum of a Cert III in an Aged Care or equivalent qualification is required for this role.
* Prior aged care experience is highly regarded but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
* You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a tight-knit team.
* An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes is also expected.
