Your Role:
* Prepare a variety of dishes including meats, vegetables, sauces, and salads
* Master the art of wood-fired pizza cooking using traditional Italian techniques
* Ensure all food prep areas comply with hygiene and food safety standards
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing high-volume pizza production (200–350 pizzas daily)
* Assist with prep lists, stock freshness, and maintaining overall station organization
Requirements:
* Has 3–5 years of experience as a Pizza Cook or Pizzaiolo, skilled in hand-stretching dough and wood-fired ovens
* Is dedicated to perfection and consistency in every pizza made
* Thrives under pressure and remains positive during busy service times
* Can work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
* Has a good level of English and is a strong team player
