About The Role
The Social Media Content Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating and executing CSB's social media strategy, helping to bring the brand's storytelling to life across its social platforms. Working closely with the Content Marketing Manager, Social Media Lead, and the wider content team, this role transforms strategic direction into creative, on‑brand social content.
This role is responsible for supporting the planning, creation, and execution of engaging content across brand channels, with a strong focus on TikTok storytelling, short‑form video production, and organic channel coordination. This role ensures social content is delivered consistently, reflects the CSB brand voice, and supports broader marketing objectives including audience growth, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate is creative, trend‑driven, highly organised, and confident producing self‑shot short‑form video content.
Key Responsibilities
* Ideate, storyboard, film, edit, and publish TikTok videos aligned with the brand strategy and direction.
* Become an on‑brand, independent personality for the CSB TikTok channel.
* Map our TikTok weekly posts, schedule on‑time as per cần strategy, with no spelling or grammatical errors, using relevant hashtags as required.
* Stay up to date with TikTok trends, music, sounds, formats, and creator styles — adopting them at pace to suit the CSB brand through weekly trend reports & analysis.
* Shoot content focused on delivering against the CSB TikTok strategy, behind‑the‑scenes footage, UGC‑style storytelling, influencer‑inspired videos, and day‑in‑the‑life style content.
* Ensure TikTok output is best‑in मी best‑class, consistent, high‑quality, and reflective of the CSB brand identity.
* Experiment with new formats to improve reach, engagement, growth and showcase creative innovation.
* Support in bringing to life brand campaigns and activations with a GTM approach for TikTok.
* Development of TikTok paid performance creative.
* Assist in planning social requirements as part of campaigns, product launches, photo/video shoots, and content days.
* Source inspiration, trends, UGC examples, and competitive insights.
* Execution and support of our weekly channel scheduling across all channels.
* Delivery of weekly & monthly reporting on time and accurately.
* Support across all organic social channel planning & posting.
* Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to the Social Lead / Content Marketing Manager and wider team.
* Prepare and update reports, presentations, and documents as required.
* Organise and maintain the social's digital asset library (e.g., Drive, DAM systems), ensuring all content is correctly labeled, accessible, and up to date.
About You
* Demonstrated experience filming content of themselves (front‑facing or POV), including confidence speaking on camera, presenting products, and delivering storytelling or lifestyle‑style content.
* Collaborative team player who works well with marketing, creative and product teams.
* Highly adaptable and able to respond quickly to changing trends or campaign needs.
* Confident,.coordinates, energetic, and comfortable filming themselves — including on‑camera speaking, product demonstrations, or day‑in‑the‑life pellets.
Experience, Education & Skills
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, Creative Industries, or related field (preferred but not essential).
* Basic understanding of influencer‑style formats, UGC frameworks, and modern social storytelling techniques.
* Advantageous: Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Lightroom) for basic content editing or asset creation.
* Familiarity with content planning & scheduling platforms (e.g., Later, Icono).
* Proficiency in short‑form video editing using tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar mobile‑based editors.
* Ability to self‑shoot high‑quality content using a phone — including framing, lighting, transitions, and creative on‑the‑spot direction.
