About Us
Sandringham Ambulatory Care Centre (SACC) is a Not-for-profit (NFP) organisation that operates Urgent Care Clinics at Sandringham Hospital, Prahran, and Frankston, alongside health pathways and private medical practice. Embedded in the Bayside community, our clinics are designed to reduce pressure on hospital Emergency Departments by managing a high volume of walk-in patients.
About the Role
We're searching for an engaged and organised healthcare administrator, who is driven to support our GP workforce with onboarding, rostering and keeping strong relationships.
You may have worked in healthcare/medical administration, rostering, practice coorindator, recruitment or a similar role.
You'll be perfect for this role if you can develop strong partnership with our independant GPs, agencies and other stakeholders. The key function of the role is to fill all medical rosters in our Urgent Care clinics with VR GPs.
As the coorindator of GP rosters and relationships you'll be the central key contact for the GP workforce and partners. You'll have great relationship skills, organised, enjoy talking on the phone and following up recruitment leads.
Key Responsibilities
* Coorindating the GP roster
* Ensuring compliance requirements and documentation
* Onboarding and training for GP team
* Answering enquiries
* Meeting deliverables for service delivery requirements
About You
* Must have prior experience working Medical/Healthcare industry in administration, rostering and/or relationships
* Strong administrative, organisational, and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills; calm under pressure
* Adaptable and flexible in your work approach
Requirements
* Permanent Australian residency or a current valid working visa
* Current National Police Check or willing to obtain
* Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
