We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Gardener/Landscaper to help keep our GemLife resorts looking their best. Your work will contribute to the vibrant, premium lifestyle our homeowners enjoy every day. About the Role In this role, you will be based out of our Palmwoods resort and will support the maintenance of gardens and outdoor areas across our three Sunshine Coast resorts and Bribie Island. You'll play a key part in maintaining the look and feel that makes GemLife communities so special. Your day-to-day will include: Caring for established gardens and grounds Assisting resort teams to keep outdoor areas immaculate, safe and inviting Travelling between resort locations to support different Resort Managers Ensuring tasks are completed on time and to high standards About You You're someone who enjoys working outdoors and isn't afraid to get your hands dirty. You're reliable, physically fit, and comfortable in all weather conditions. You'll also need a valid driver’s license and a proactive attitude.
