About The Role And Where You Will Be Working
We're excited to be on the lookout for a full-time Maintenance Officer to join our team Based at our Central Office in Rivervale, WA, you'll help keep our sites across the Perth metro area safe, well-maintained, and looking their best.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Action maintenance requests and plan for required works
* Carry out maintenance work in a timely and tradesperson manner, including patching and painting, door and window repairs, testing and tagging, condition audits of buildings and facilities, hard landscaping maintenance, and general handy tasks
* Strong communication skills to speak with a variety of people
* Prioritise a variety of works
About You
You are someone who has experience in maintenance, handyman or trade works and repairs, and can communicate clearly with everyone involved to ensure the proper upkeep of our facilities.

Requirements
* National Police Clearance - current within 6 months (or evidence of application)
* Immunisation record Flu 2025
* A completed pre-employment health questionnaire
* 2+ years as a Maintenance Worker, Tradesperson
* Knowledge of maintenance procedures and repairs
* Ability to work in a tradesperson manner
* Great interpersonal skills
