Lead Consultant - People Connect - Technology Hiring Specialist
We are seeking a Senior Automation and Virtualization Specialist who will be responsible for managing and developing the Department's Aria Automation, NSX, Aria Operations and Site Recovery Manager instances as part of the Infrastructure Platforms team.
Contract: 12 months, Location: Canberra Onsite, Eligibility: Australian Citizen.
About the Role
The person will also be accountable for maintaining and enhancing the Department's VMware vSphere, Cloud Foundation environments and server infrastructure (rack mounted and blade servers). The role requires producing design documents, build documents, operations documents, handover and sharing of knowledge with other team members and mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities

* Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills to work with skilled technical people, including making presentations to staff and stakeholders and coaching staff.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in administering Veeam Backup and Replication.
