The CNE is responsible for delivering, coordinating and evaluating clinical education to support staff capability and optimise patient outcomes in a paediatric critical care environment. Working collaboratively with the Nurse Manager, Nurse Educator, Clinical Nurse Consultants and multidisciplinary team, you will design and deliver targeted education aligned with intensive care practice and core nursing competencies. The role includes bedside teaching, mentorship, competency assessment, and promotion of evidence-based practice, with opportunities to support education initiatives across the organisation.

* Demonstrated advanced written, verbal and interpersonal skills
