Additional benefits for eligible employees include: • Salary packaging • Meal entertainment benefit • Access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Fitness Passport We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our 18-bed Children’s Intensive Care Unit (CICU) as a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE). The CNE is responsible for delivering, coordinating and evaluating clinical education to support staff capability and optimise patient outcomes in a paediatric critical care environment. Working collaboratively with the Nurse Manager, Nurse Educator, Clinical Nurse Consultants and multidisciplinary team, you will design and deliver targeted education aligned with intensive care practice and core nursing competencies. The role includes bedside teaching, mentorship, competency assessment, and promotion of evidence-based practice, with opportunities to support education initiatives across the organisation.

* Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Relevant clinical or education post registration qualifications or such education and clinical experience deemed appropriate by the employer

* Demonstrated commitment to clinical and professional development
* Demonstrated advanced written, verbal and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge and understanding of NSQHS Standards relating to education
* Knowledge of adult learning principles
