You will lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences across a diverse range of corporate and social events.
About the Role
This is a key leadership position overseeing the operational delivery of all conferences, meetings and weddings, with an approximate equal corporate / social split. You will lead a large, energetic team and work closely with the Sales & Marketing Events division to ensure every event is executed to an exceptional standard. If you excel in a premium, fast-paced hotel environment and enjoy shaping both guest experiences and team culture, this is an exceptional opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a large team.
Oversee all C&E operations to ensure seamless and polished event delivery.
Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing Events teams for planning and execution.
Maintain consistently high service standards that align with luxury guest expectations.
Drive efficiency, team training and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
Strong background in Conference & Events operations within a luxury hotel or high-end venue.
Proven ability to manage large teams in a high-volume, guest-focused environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
