Clarendon Homes is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Springfield Rise — one of the Ipswich region's most established and high-traffic display home destinations.

This role offers not just immediate opportunity, but a clear future pathway, with the Springfield Rise display centre set to transition to a brand-new Clarendon display centre at Providence, Ripley Valley from May 2026.

The role

* Represent Clarendon Homes at the Springfield Rise display centre
* Manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry to signed contract
* Build strong relationships and guide customers through the home-building process
* Confidently present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options
* Deliver a premium customer experience while achieving sales targets
* Weekend work is essential: Saturday to Wednesday or Thursday to Monday

About You

* Experience in residential home sales or a related sales role
* Strong communication, presentation and closing skills
* Results-driven, organised and self-motivated
* Professional approach and customer-first mindset
* Desire to build a long-term, high-performing sales career
* Above all, you have a GREAT ATTITUDE
