Job Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable Plant Operators to join our team. Positions are available for experienced or entry-level operators across Rollers, Moxy's, Water Cart (Rigid), and Loader.
Successful applicants will work on a 2:1 roster, operating a range of heavy equipment in a safe, efficient, and productive manner. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are willing to learn, grow their skills, and work as part of a supportive team environment.
Requirements:
* Construction White Card (essential)
* Previous experience operating any of the listed machinery (preferred but not essential – training available)
* Ability to work 11-hour days on a 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster
* Must be physically fit and safety-focused
* Must be able to DIDO (Drive In Drive Out) to site
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
* Immediate start available
