Lead Tropical Hospitality
We are seeking a hands-on Park Manager to oversee daily operations, inspire a dedicated team, and ensure guests have an unforgettable stay in one of Queensland's most vibrant coastal cities.
This is a full-scope leadership role where you'll be responsible for managing the park's full P&L and driving revenue performance. You will lead and develop your team across reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest service, creating a high-performing, positive workplace culture.
About the Role
* Oversee every aspect of park operations, from guest experience to team culture to financial performance.
* Manage the park's full Profit and Loss (P&L) statement and drive revenue growth.
* Collaborate with internal partners in revenue, HR, and marketing to achieve business objectives.

* Leading and developing your team to achieve exceptional results.
* Creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
* Managing the park's finances, including budgeting and forecasting.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
* Handling after-hours operations as required.
