Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
This is a technical support specialist position that requires strong MSP experience with 2+ years of technical support, helpdesk, or IT administration experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance to clinicians and patients using VR headsets and digital tools.
* Maintain, update, and configure Meta Quest 3s headsets in the office.
* Diagnostics and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and security through Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
* Perform headset onboarding, secure data wiping, and device setup for new users and systems.
Requirements:
* Strong technical skills with experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clinicians and patients.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with HubSpot is highly desired but not required.
