About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Salesforce Tester with strong experience in Enterprise Integration Platform (EIP) testing to support ongoing digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in validating Salesforce functionalities, integrations, workflows, and data flows across multiple systems. This role is based in Geelong and requires onsite or hybrid availability depending on project needs.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform manual and automated testing across Salesforce features, customizations, and integrations.Execute E2E testing for integrations between Salesforce and external systems via APIs, middleware, or EIP.Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, test cases, and traceability matrices.Validate data mappings, error handling, and message flows in EIP interfaces.Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing.Work closely with developers, BA’s, and integration teams to ensure quality and defect resolution.Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).Support UAT cycles, defect triage, and release readiness activities.Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and platform standards.Required Skills & Experience3–6 years of Salesforce testing experience (functional, UI, and integration).Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds, standard objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, and custom objects.Proven experience in EIP testing, including message queues, APIs, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns.Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).Ability to read and validate JSON/XML payloads, logs, and integration mappings.Familiarity with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Kafka, or similar.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Nice-to-Have SkillsExposure to test automation tools (Selenium, Provar, or similar).Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, QA-focused credentials).Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, Bitbucket).Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) supporting integration workflows.Why Join Us in Geelong?Opportunity to work in a fast-growing digital environment.Collaborative team culture with flexible working arrangements.Work on high-impact technology projects supporting community-focused outcomes.
