Career Opportunities: Senior Digital Business Systems Analyst (3691)

The Senior Digital Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the support, continuous improvement, and provider of expert advice for Oracle Fusion within the Digital Business Systems team. You will be experienced in Finance and or SCM modules within an Enterprise ERP, preferably Oracle Fusion, but other relevant ERP knowledge is also suitable.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

* Workingwith key stakeholders to understand requirements, create process flows and user stories to assist in the enhancement process
* Acting asaliaison to the business, providing expert advice on the systems potential, functionality and limitations
* Developing simple configuration and approved customisation of the systems, collaboratively working with developers on more complex changes
* Managingthe upgrade of the SaaS solution, coordinating testing, communicating with stakeholders, ITIL change management and being responsible for the process end to end
* Developingroadmaps and have input to the future enhancements and initiatives of the system
* Managing major incidents and complex problems to completion, working with internal IT teams and vendors as required

To be successful in this role you will have:

* Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, or another related field
* Strong knowledge and understanding of the functional side of Finance and SCM modules within an Enterprise grade ERP
* Great communicator who can facilitate meetings, engage with stakeholders and vendors
* Strong analytical skills with an expertise in mapping processes and documentation
* Strong technical knowledge of ERP applications functions and how they are best used and optimised
* Efficient in running minor projects/enhancements for Enterprise applications
* Experience in configuring and enhancing Oracle Fusion (SCM and Finance) is desirable
