For more information, see Our Careers - A23.Skills and Experiences:Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a wide range of documentation, including policy documents, user manuals, technical specifications, and procedural guides in line with ISO standards.Translate complex information into clear, concise, user-friendly documentation for internal and external audiences.Collaborate with teams responsible for customer-facing materials to align messaging, tone, and format.Establish and implement documentation standards to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with organisational style guides.Maintain document version control and ensure timely system and product lifecycle updates.Configure, publish and manage documentation within SharePoint Online and other content management platforms.Work closely with project managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and technical staff to gather and validate information.Ongoing contribution to a23 Quality Management System through development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, guidelines and troubleshooting practices.Contribution to the progression of the a23 strategy through participation in individual, Practice and a23 objectives.Positive contribution to the a23 culture, underpinned by behaviour aligned with the a23 Values.Professional conduct and leadership of oneself to contribute to enhancing the reputation of a23.Essential CriteriaStrong experience producing a diverse range of documentation types for both internal stakeholders and external audiences.Proven experience working with SharePoint Online, including configuration, document publishing, and permission management.Demonstrated ability to uplift documentation standards, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with corporate guidelines.Excellent written communication skills with the ability to tailor content to technical and non-technical audiences.Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.Technical Skills And ToolsMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)SharePoint OnlineMicrosoft TeamsFamiliarity with document control systems or content management systems (CMS) is desirable.Preferred Qualifications And ExperiencePrior experience in a technical writing or documentation role within an IT or professional services environment.Understanding of information architecture and user-centred documentation principles.Ability to manage multiple documentation streams and work across various projects concurrently.A23 Policy Handbook and Mandatory TrainingOn commencing with a23, all employees and subcontractors are provided with the a23 Policy Handbook and asked to acknowledge their understanding and commitment to adhering to its policies.
