Join a highly respected Australian property developer and builder with a strong track record across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The Opportunity

We're seeking both a Senior Contract Administrator and Contract Administrator to play integral role on flagships projects above $150M high-end residential development located in various location across Sydney.

You'll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced Project Managers, Site Managers, and Engineers—contributing to the delivery of a major project while developing your career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

Contract Management: Administer and oversee construction contracts in line with project goals and compliance requirements.
Cost Control: Manage budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to manage expectations, resolve disputes, and negotiate favorable terms.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed records including variations, progress claims, and contract correspondence.
Tender Process: Assist with the preparation, issuing, and evaluation of tender documents.
Collaboration: Work closely with the broader delivery team to ensure timely and efficient contract administration.

What We're Looking For

Senior Contract Administrator

Minimum 5-8 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior CA role
Strong background on large-scale mid-tier commercial & residential projects
Proven leadership in contract management, budget oversight, and subcontractor negotiations

Contract Administrator

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the construction industry
Solid understanding of contracts, project financials, and construction methodology
Strong communication and multitasking abilities

Both roles require:

Exceptional attention to detail
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Jobpac, Cheops, Procore software packages
