Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage BTR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget management, and high-quality outcomes.
* Drive the full development lifecycle, including feasibility, design, planning approvals, construction, and handover.
* Oversee Development Applications (DAs) and liaise with councils, authorities, consultants, and contractors to keep projects on track.
* Prepare and review feasibility studies, financial models, and risk assessments to support investment decisions.
* Monitor budgets, programs, and cost reports, providing updates to senior management.
* Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
* Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards and in line with company objectives.

About You:
* 5–10+ years' experience in residential development, ideally in BTR or owned and operated projects; strong apartment or Build-to-Sell (BTS) experience considered.
* Proven track record across the full development lifecycle, from feasibility to construction handover.
* Strong commercial acumen, with experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and risk management.
* Experienced in leading teams, managing consultants/contractors, and influencing stakeholders.
* Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Planning, Engineering, or related fields.
* Highly organised, proactive, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
