* Supervise and coordinate construction teams to achieve project goals.
* Maintain high-quality standards and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.
* Monitor progress, manage site resources, and resolve issues promptly.
* Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
* Support training, mentoring, and performance management of site personnel.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience as a construction project leader or similar role in the industry.
* A strong understanding of construction methods, practices, and workplace health and safety regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
* Current driver's licence and White Card required.
* Construction qualification or trade certification highly regarded.
