This role is pivotal to our success, as you will be representing our brand directly to customers while being supported by an amazing team of donut connoisseurs! Tasks & responsibilities
* Providing an outstanding customer experience
* Setting up, filling and adjusting displays as required
* Upselling
* Working the Barista machine; prepare amazing coffees
* Preparing cold beverages - milkshakes & iced drinks
* Food safety requirements - temperature checks and recording
* Cleaning duties throughout the store
Qualifications & experience
* Demonstrated customer service skills
* Positive, can‐do attitude towards all tasks required to perform
* Enjoyment of the challenge of upselling
* Excellent organisational skills
* Exposure to a fast paced environment
* Prior retail or food experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
* Barista experience (Required)
Availability: Wednesday to Sunday, 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM
