Job DescriptionReporting into the Accounts Payable Manager your responsibilities will include:Managing the end-to-end AP cycle, from invoice matching to payment runMonitoring and reconciling supplier accounts, ensuring timely resolution of discrepanciesSetting up vendors and ensuring compliance with company policies and audit standardsProviding reporting support during audits and month-end closeTaking on other ad hoc duties as requiredThe Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in the life sciences industry, with proven experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role.
They will be highly proficient with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERPs, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, research-focused environment.
A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
