HR Consultant Perth | Full Time | Permanent $70-90K base depending on skills and experience Revise Recruitment is a boutique, owner operated recruitment and HR consultancy delivering personalised, relationship driven people solutions to businesses across Western Australia. We are growing and are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our high performing, agile team. This is an opportunity to work closely with business leaders across multiple industries, providing end to end recruitment services alongside strategic HR advisory support. You will operate with autonomy, professional judgement and commercial awareness in a role that blends recruitment, compliance, policy development and workplace relations expertise. About the Role As an HR Consultant, you will partner directly with clients to deliver practical, compliant and commercially sound HR solutions. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while also advising on employment documentation, workplace matters and HR policy frameworks. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Manage end to end recruitment processes from workforce planning through to placement Draft position descriptions and design targeted job advertisements Source, interview and assess candidates using structured methodologies Provide salary benchmarking and market insights Facilitate employment offers and onboarding processes Employment Contracts and Documentation Draft employment contracts in line with legislation and modern awards Prepare contractor agreements and variation letters Provide advice on classifications, remuneration structures and employment conditions HR Advisory and Workplace Relations Provide practical HR advice to business owners and managers Support performance management processes and disciplinary matters Assist with workplace investigations, grievances and dispute resolution Interpret and apply employment legislation and awards HR Policy Development and Compliance Develop and review HR policies and procedures Ensure clients remain compliant with Fair Work and legislative requirements Support workforce planning and organisational development initiatives About You You are an experienced HR professional with strong recruitment capability and sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation. You are commercially minded, confident working directly with business owners, and comfortable managing multiple client assignments independently.
