Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team, working in partnership with local healthcare providers to deliver high-quality services to children and families.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans to address the unique needs of each client.
* Deliver evidence-based interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, to support clients in achieving their goals.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal client outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* A minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in an area relevant to the role.
* A postgraduate qualification or working towards a postgraduate qualification relevant to the role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
