About the Role
Are you a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months’ full-time experience and current AHPRA registration? o Provide top level care to enhance residents’ quality of life and health by collaborating with key partners and ensuring strong clinical governance.
o Empower residents and families through education and advocacy of their rights and responsibilities.
o Support and guide the care team to create a cooperative, excellence-driven environment focused on continuous growth.
o Actively participate in quality and risk management to meet standards and drive ongoing improvements.
About You
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to residents. Your role will require exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively respond to emergencies. Additionally, experience in a clinical leadership role, acute care and strong organisational abilities are highly preferred. If you have proven ability to contribute to and work as part of our team, as well as operate independently, we want to hear from you. The successful candidate requires a current National Police Clearance. In accordance with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are encouraged to have all recommended vaccinations.
