We are hiring for the below:
Site Location
OAKLANDS, NEW SOUTH WALES 2646, AUSTRALIA
(Note: tech needs to carry RJ45 to USB console cable.)
Scope of Work
* Need to replace 1 firewall
Other Dispatch/Adhoc Requirements
* Capable of installing and upgrading operating systems
* Install patches
* Software and hardware break/fix
* Well-versed network engineer (good to have CCNA or above certification)
* Basics of Wi‐Fi
* Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, switches and router configuration
* Install and administer MS Office
* Business English with local language
Standard Tools Engineers Need to Carry While Going to Site
* Fully charged laptop with Win8 or 10 operating system and admin rights
* Cisco console cable (DB9‐Rj45 or USB Rj45). If a USB converter is used, make sure drivers are properly installed
* Program/software installed on laptop:
* TeamViewer
* TFTP server
* Screw driver set
* Tech must have console cable, laptop and ability to console into Cisco router and use Webex
Note: This is on‐call basis for dispatch/adhoc, backfill projects, and the scope of work varies from client to client. Above mentioned is the general JD.
