Talent Right has partnered exclusively with Enable Lifecare to appoint a Business Development Manager based in Melbourne, Victoria. This role will focus on managing and growing accounts across Victoria, with regular customer visits and close collaboration with Enable's head office in Adelaide.

About Enable Lifecare

Enable Lifecare is a fast-growing healthcare company dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with limited mobility. We design, source, and distribute a wide range of high-quality mobility and care products across Australia, working through distributors rather than selling directly to end users. Our customers include both large national chains and a network of over 100 independent mobility stores, supported by occupational therapists who prescribe our products to those who need them most.

We're a team of 22 with headquarters in Adelaide, plus a close-knit group of reps on the road. With new product ranges launching and strong year-on-year growth, this is an exciting time to join Enable Lifecare.

About the Role

This newly created role is focused on strengthening our presence in Victoria. Based in Melbourne (or Northern Victoria if that's your preference), you'll be on the road three days a week visiting distributors, mobility stores, and occupational therapists, with the option to work from home or an office for the other two days. If an office setup is important to you, we'll organise that.

Day to day, you'll be building dealer relationships, supporting product training sessions with occupational therapists, and ensuring distributors have the tools and knowledge to represent Enable's products effectively. You'll also play a key role in driving account growth, helping stores increase traction with underperforming product lines and securing more of the market for Enable.

This role is about growing accounts, opening doors, and representing a product range that genuinely improves people's lives, while also delivering strong business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and put into action strategies to grow Enable's market share across Victoria.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with independent mobility stores, national chain partners, and occupational therapists.
* Support training sessions and product demonstrations, working with our in-house occupational therapist to deliver value to dealers and OTs.
* Drive account growth by identifying opportunities to expand product sales within existing dealers.
* Collaborate with distributors on joint visits, ensuring stores are confident and equipped to promote our products.
* Represent Enable at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen visibility and connections.
* Keep CRM records (NetSuite) accurate and up to date, tracking visits, touchpoints, and KPIs.
