Job Title: Shuttle Operator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced shuttle operator to join our team. As a shuttle operator, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation to guests and staff within the resort premises.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess a valid driver's license with a passenger endorsement and be certified in first aid/CPR.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Complete daily vehicle inspections and reports.
* Transport team members and guests to and from the resort as directed.
* Ensure safe transportation of guests and team members.
* Operate wheelchair lifts and secure wheelchairs with tie-down straps.
* Install and remove tire chains and operate drop-down chains.
* Inspect vehicles physically, including tire checks and fluid levels.
* Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
* Maintain a safe and clean vehicle, inside and out.
Mandatory Requirements:
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* You must have a valid California driver's license with a passenger endorsement.
* A valid Black Oak Casino driver's permit is mandatory.
* You must be at least 21 years old.
* First Aid/CPR certification is required within the introductory period.
* You must be able to communicate using a portable 2-way radio and/or cell phone.
* You must be able to understand and carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form.
* You must pass a mandatory drug test.
* A valid gaming license is required.
* Proof of employment eligibility in the U.S. is mandatory.
* You must be able to communicate in English.
