Remuneration Analyst Role
This challenging position involves analyzing remuneration packages for overseas missions, requiring expertise in remuneration analysis, HR, or a related field.
Main Responsibilities
* Conduct annual reviews of remuneration packages (salary and non-salary benefits) to ensure alignment with industry standards.
* Apply actuarial data and market intelligence to recommend adjustments in complex environments.
* Maintain and enhance the remuneration analysis model using Excel-based tools to support data-driven decision-making.
* Manage data inputs, documentation, and methodologies to support audit-ready decision-making and strategic advice.
* Lead procurement and integration of market data from external providers to inform salary outcomes.
* Engage with senior stakeholders to incorporate local context into salary recommendations.
* Oversee survey coordination across global missions, ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
* Provide high-level strategic advice and contribute to quality assurance initiatives to drive business excellence.
Key Requirements
* Demonstrated expertise in remuneration analysis, HR, or a related field.
* Advanced Excel skills, including PowerQuery, with the ability to maintain and enhance data models.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and apply it to strategic decisions.
* Proven stakeholder engagement experience in challenging and diverse environments.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, defensible advice.
* Current NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory.
