We're looking for a creative and organised Marketing, Social Media & Events Coordinator to join our Adelaide team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing engaging digital content, managing social media platforms, and coordinating events that reflect the Sol Results mission to inspire success and balance. You'll play a hands-on role in shaping how we connect with our community and clients both online and in person.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement social media and digital marketing campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness.
2. Create and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and email.
3. Coordinate and promote Sol Results events, including monthly breakfasts, retreats, and corporate functions.
4. Manage customer databases and event systems (Zoho, Eventbrite).
5. Track campaign performance and provide insights to improve future initiatives.
6. Work closely with the leadership team to ensure all communications align with brand strategy.

7. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
