Shuttle Coordinator Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Shuttle Coordinator, responsible for the development, coordination, delivery and continuous improvement of shuttle bus operations that support rider access across the trail network.
We are looking for a highly organized and safety-focused individual to ensure safe, efficient and customer-focused transport services. This will involve overseeing scheduling, staffing, vehicle maintenance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement to deliver a high-quality experience for all park users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective shuttle bus operations that meet the needs of trail users.
* Ensure timely and efficient transportation services, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Oversee staffing and scheduling to ensure adequate resource allocation.
* Manage vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Promote stakeholder engagement and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service, logistics or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering safe and efficient transportation services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* A strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
