Administrative Support Role
As an Administrative Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
Job Description:
* Provide administrative support to the team, including correspondence, data entry, and report preparation.
* Manage travel arrangements, rosters, client billing, and financial documentation.
* Maintain and secure office files and records.
* Support scheduling, staff timesheets, and reporting processes within relevant systems.
* Provide information and assistance to clients and stakeholders with a high level of professionalism.
* Work collaboratively to support culturally inclusive practices, particularly for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, young people, families, and communities.
* Contribute to a safe, supportive, and efficient working environment aligned with our values and Sanctuary Model of Care.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Business (or equivalent).
* Minimum two years' experience in administration, secretarial, or clerical roles.
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
* Well-developed organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Current driver's licence.
* Ability to obtain (or hold) a National Police Check, Working with Children Blue Card, and LCS Check (where required).
