Marine Operations Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marine Operations professional to lead our vessel operations team based in Hervey Bay and K'gari.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our marine fleet, ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to maritime regulations.
* Provide strategic and operational guidance to vessel crews
* Ensure compliance with AMSA, NSCV, Marine Orders, and WHS legislation
* Plan & oversee vessel maintenance, navigation, and emergency preparedness
* Promote a proactive safety culture and conduct crew training
* Lead customer service excellence and manage passenger interactions
* Conduct audits, inspections, and support corporate initiatives
