* Upholding confidentiality, professionalism, and the NDIS Code of Conduct

This role is essential in ensuring the CEO and leadership team can operate efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is confident, reliable, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. You will have:

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
* Excellent organisation, time-management, and attention to detail
* Experience supporting senior leaders or executives (highly regarded)
* Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives
* Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office & document management systems)
* Ability to work with confidential information and exercise sound judgement
* Understanding of NDIS, healthcare, or community services (desirable)

Required checks include NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, and a current driver's licence is a must
